You will board “Ioannis” boat in the morning from the port of Hydra.

Once you settle, we offer you a homemade snack and traditional Greek coffee.

We first head to a fishing location depending on the winds and weather conditions. There you watch Captain Yiannis pull up the nets or fishing line. You can help if you want or ask questions and learn more. You can also fish on your own using a fishing pole or handline, if you wish. 

Not a fishing enthusiast? You can just sunbathe on the deck, read your book and simply seize the day.

We will then head to a secluded location where you can swim or snorkel. All locations we visit can only be reached privately so you have a chance to experience crystal clear waters. 

While you enjoy the sea and sun, Captain Yiannis will prepare our lunch on the boat using the catch of the day. You can hang around and learn his secrets!

Lunch will follow and it includes, on top of the fish, homemade traditional appetizers, Greek wine, refreshments and fruit. All ingredients are organic from small, local farms.

On the way back you can sit back, relax and enjoy the views of the island from the sea.
